Social Distancing - Day 20

Even after reports of death, sickness, and what-to-do and what-not-to-do in order to keep yourself safe from this disrespectful virus, some folks are still "in-these-streets" as if they work for the CDC or the Office of Infectious Diseases.

I get it, some folks are not use to being home. Their lives literally exist outside the safety of their homes.

Now that we are required to "Stay safe, Stay healthy, and Stay HOME" we are forced to deal with the monsters in our closet (or in our bed), the clutter from a million missed opportunities to purge and now we fear that one day soon we may be on TLC's Hoarders: Buried Alive.

Whatever the reason we have for not wanting to stay inside of the space that should be our sanctuary at the end of the day, we...have...no...choice.

We literally make a life or death decision the moment we decide to open the front door and breathe air.

I think this time will force some of us to say all of the shit we've been holding inside to our family members, partners, spouses, whoever... they are gonna know how we feel before this thing lifts.

I hope this time gives some of us courage to put action to our dreams.

Everyone won't come out of this with a new book, new business, or new boo, but hopefully transformations will happen and the world...our world will be better as a result.

Back to the lab...
